FAQ'S & TERMSAll the pieces you see on this website are hand painted originals if stated. All boards and canvases are strung so each piece is ready to hang. Canvases and boards can be framed (price on request). Works are framed only where stipulated; we can suggest two framers in the local Bayside area. We do not frame all works to keep the costs down of the pieces for shipping. FAQ'S Can I have my piece framed? We do not frame all works (see individual artwork for details) to keep the costs down of the pieces and shipping. Canvases and boards can be framed. We can arrange the framing for you and the price is on request. If you prefer to arrange your own framing, we can suggest local framing companies in the local Kingston & Bayside area you can contact directly. Framing from our supplier takes between two to four weeks. There may be an additional charge for shipping. How does shipping work? Shipping is free on all* orders within Australia. Orders are sent via Australia Post and all care is taken to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. A tracking number will be sent to you via the email you supply at checkout once your artwork has been wrapped and prepared for delivery. Can you deliver my order? Delivery is available within a 15 km radius of Aspendale Gardens (see map below). Once your payment is processed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time and date to personally deliver your order. Please contact us via the contact form to arrange delivery. Please indicate pick up or delivery zone at checkout. Can I pick up my order? Yes, artwork can be picked up from Aspendale Gardens - Victoria. Please contact us via the contact form to arrange a suitable pick-up time. Please indicate pick up or free zone delivery at checkout. Where can I view the artwork? You can arrange a studio visit which is located in Aspendale Gardens. Alternatively, if you live within 15km's of the studio the piece can come to you for viewing. * Requested framing may have an additional shipping charge TERMS Currency: All prices are quoted in $AUD Refunds: All sales are final unless there is a mistake with your order or damage. Contact must be made immediately to ensure satisfaction is guaranteed. Certificate of Authenticity: Each original artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity stating you may not reproduce the image or part of it. Contact Lee Cummins for image licensing information. Sharing: You may at any time share posts, images or the Lee Cummins Art website through your social media including credits and back links to the source. Original Artwork: Each piece is individually hand painted with a mix of colours, mediums and tools. No two pieces will be the same even from a series. Paint colours, layers, and variations along with slight imperfections will always be the uniqueness of a hand painted and hand-crafted piece of art. Please be aware the colour of artwork may vary from your monitor, mobile device, and the original artwork. Prints & Products: Prints & products are available through a third-party provider. Terms and conditions are found on their website. Adult Art Classes: Lee contracted as the facilitator for adult art classes through Aspendale Gardens Community Service. Ticket purchases for adult art classes are through AGCS. Please contact AGCS directly. Creative Circle at "Art in the Garden Room": Creative Circle is by ticket sales only. Tickets are based on a term booking for the creative circle workshops. Terms run at varying lengths based on the break between adult art classes. Tickets are available through the Lee Cummins Art website using Sticky Tickets a secure third party ticketing service. Refunds for Creative Circle: Full refund or transfer is available 14 days prior to the event. Less than seven days is at the discretion of Lee Cummins Art. If your seat can be resold, you will be refunded within 7 days. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is extremely important to me. I chose to use Square as my secure payment gateway. If you choose to join the mailing list, I use a secure emailing service. Your details will never be sold and are only used to send a regular update of events, new work release or studio sales and open days. You have the right at any time to unsubscribe through the secure email service. |
